HELP! - Add version info and formats to title? Which regex?

I want to add version and formats info after the title, as my save to disk template,

for example: following file name -

Authors - [series series_index] - title (vx.x) (mobi).mobi

At present, I create my own column: formats and version column

any suggestions? thanks！

Tks theducks, I use the following template, BUT it doesnt work!
