Hi,
sorry, I was off. So, I tried again. When I press 1. Shift, then P, then d, it just shows me in the search odn line the d, 2. When I press afterwards Shift, then P, Then D, it shows me in the search line pdD, nothing more. I start pressing, when i see some of my colelctions, they follow each after the other. In the colelctions I have many booke, Pdfs and mobis. But nothing happens - look above. Kind regards lesen54321 |

BTW: "kpdf" in your launchpad folder is the "kpdf.ini" that you are looking for |

I suggest you tell windows to show your file extensions. It will cause a LOT less problems and confusion for you. You should also tell it to show all files (including system and hidden files and folders). Otherwise what you see is NOT what you get.

Hi,
no, no difference, if I press Capital P or p, it always shows the search line instead of the ap, it wants to search an author with p or d. |

You seem to have everything installed correctly, so there's no need to reinstall anything. But then, it wouldn't hurt anything either.
Note that we always speak of keys, not abstract letters to enter. There is no difference between "p" and "P" in that context, we refer to the same key. You should just press one key after another, not hold anything down during following key presses. You need to be *fast* when entering the keys. |

Hello,
now I deeinstalled it - I tried this - again and installed it back. When I press now very quickly Shift, P, D, it shows me the shift letters at the bottom, not in the search line- I think that is the reader, right? I did not made a newstart, is that wright- after the 2nd installion? (After the deeinstallation yes) Then all my Pdfs are show at one side, one after the other, not my collections like before. Thanks god and you, if it works.... Where do I find the Buttoons, I have to push, to see the PDF side bigger, the font is very small- my eyes are getting worse last time? Are there shortcurts somewhere written? If i find this out, I am finished with this- thank you all!!! For your patience. KR lesen54321 Last edited by lesen54321; 05-23-2012 at 12:53 PM. That display at the bottom is from launchpad, but the pdf file list you see should be from kindlepdfviewer.
For the shortcut list see the documentation in the Wiki: https://github.com/hwhw/kindlepdfviewer/wiki You can also press "H" for a list of keys. |

Hi,
thank you, I found it. You (also the others, who helped me) saved my holidays. I fly away on friday and so on I can read a lot of my books now comfortable at the beach. Thank you soooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.SD. Today the teacher of my son said, that - if the Ipod would not be returned to my son (anonymous is possible), she would cancel all the trips, the whole class hat planned- because it must be a pupil of his class, who has stolen the ipod! Kind regards lesen54321 |

So many efforts just to start kpdf with launchpad? Hmmm... I guess the next release should also include kite-scripts - just one more folder named 'kite' containing two files - say, 'kpdf file manager'
