I've never managed to make a successful wifi connection yet, and I don't even use WEP.

i had a problem in my network, because my wlan router had a dhcpserver, but it always sent out its own address as gateway, which it is not. So i had to kill that dhcp server and setup another one on my linux gateway. then it worked.
Other than that, it seems you have done everything correctly. Does the iLiad connect via normal LAN? |

Do you allow every device the connection to your Wlan or just some MAC adresses? If so add your ilead MAC (backside of the ilead ) to your Wlan router.
/edit ok now i see that your ilead is connected already so above idea won't help - sorry |

deadite, what key are you using? You need to use the HEX key. (26 digits)

I had about the same problem here. The iLiad would not take the IP address but the WLAN connect looked basically good. After I updated the firmware of my 3com access point it worked at once.
Also, please note that the MAC address on the back of the iLiad seems not to be the WLAN MAC. At least it wasn't for my iLiad... |

After about 3 variations I was able to get a connection. I was unable to name the connection, I had to allow the Iliad to name it.
