Text boxes and how to get rid of them (komposer)?

Hi,

anyone knows if there is a way to easely remove text boxes from a pasted document in Komposer. Pasting a html book from microsoft in komposer, but when its pasted it seems to keep all those nasty text boxes. So either have to cut the text out manually or deal with problems when converting to lrf or other.

Anyone has an easy way to remove all the boxes without deleting the text?

thanks

Editél Ok found the solution, cut and paste into workpad and paste back to kompozer... no more boxes !
