Yup. The driving portion of my commute is about 5-7 minutes, so not worth it. I do read a lot on the train portion though. No point in an audiobook for that. Different things work for different people, the important part is that we are all reading in some way (and enjoying it.)

5- 7 minute commute is that all. I should wish that I only had a commute of that length.

Me too. Unfortunately, it is only the driving portion that is 5-7 minutes; the riding the train portion is about 45. At least I get a lot of reading done that way.

Sixty-three countries down, only seven more countries to go. Now if only my library would cooperate in getting these books to me in a timely manner. I waited forty-five days for a book that was not on loan or on hold (except by me) to show up. I've got one that's at 31 days and one that's at 22 days. I need these books to finish!

There are 100 days left in the year for anyone keeping track. Plenty of time to get caught up still.

As I predicted, by reading is picking up again. When I was working long hours in July and August, I would just veg out to music or a film in the evenings, too tired to read or hold a book. Now, I am back to my usual routine of reading first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and also on my commute. If I keep this up, I should reach my target and make a dent in my ever-expanding backlog of books!

I'm at 109 right now, which translates to 151 by the end of the year. Just one over my "stretch" goal.

I may be guilty of that. Originally it was a way for me to learn some of the differences between Google Sheets and Excel - it kind of ballooned. A lot.

Fortunately now it is as done as I can expect it to be so I only need to add books and update my progress as I go, everything else is pretty much automated.

I feel shamed.

Although I might have you beat on knowing exactly how many pages I have left to read. Currently 1,709 pages left in my country challenge. I can also see that I am 65.97 days ahead of schedule right now.

I'm a bit behind on page challenge, but I'm not sweating it.
