NO!

Kindle doesn't support PDF files. You have to convert it.

It says it's a random drawing. Unless they're counting each post on the Kindle forum as an entry, which would invite spam ... Or bothering to count only valuable entries on the Kindle forum, which isn't random...

They probably want to encourage participation so that would explain the words about posting on the Kindle forum. My guess is that each person who posts on this thread (and possibly posts at least once on the Kindle forum) gets one entry.
