Kobo WiFi for £49 @ Asda
For anyone in the UK looking for a cheap Kobo, Asda Direct have reduced the price of the Kobo WiFi to just £49. It's nowhere near as good as the Kobo Touch, but for £30 less, it's a bargain.

Beg to differ with the OP - the cheaper Kobo might actually suit some people better because of it having buttons rather than touch. I bought it as a present, and was quite impressed with it. It is basic, but for a starter ereader, it's not bad at all.

Yes you are quite right the cheaper Kobo might suit some people better simply because it's not a touch screen, but the Kobo Touch is the better ereader. It handles more formats and has a better battery life & processor. Having played with them both, the Touch is just a lot slicker. Both are very competitively priced in the UK right now, and hopefully that'll help them keep up the competition to Amazon!

Yep, even as a Kindle owner and a very happy Amazon customer, I fully agree with that sentiment!
