Skipstone on 5.3 Paperwhite
Been reading through the forums and am trying to get an alternative browser or facebook/twitter full app working on Paperwhite.

Skipstone seemed to be the best option but YiFanLu's GUI Launcher seems not to work on firmware 5.3 if im reading correctly.

Have i got any other options?

Yes -

Install USBnetworking then change and/or remove the custom screensaver file.
Note: You must install the "Jailbreak" first, in order to install our packages.

Plus: gatesofbabylon has promised to write-up the step-by-step walk-through of the process we gave him yesterday over the MR chat system.

There is a store by a similar name that stuffs their own custom screensaver onto the device.

Yes. There is no Launcher for the Paperwhite yet, because nobody has gotten around to porting it, and the original developer is not active here at this time. If you want to port it to the Paperwhite, go ahead
