How to convert Gutenberg Books with linked chapters?
As far as I understand, html to lrf conversion works with plain html-pages. But what is the easiest way to convert prelinked html-pages like this example (sorry, it is in german from spiegel-online-gutenberg project: http://gutenberg.spiegel.de/bettauer...d/stadtjud.htm)? Is there a simple way to convert it or is it necessary to re-edit the linked pages?

I believe the "html2lrf" conversion tool will handle situations like this. I'm sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong!
