none of the ebook 'table of contents' links work?
Greetings,
Usually, Calibre converts a pdf file (to eBook) quite well. But for the attached file, the pdf links work fine, but none of the ebook 'table of contents' links work. Can someone tell me why, or better yet how to fix it. Thanks...Vernon |
