dieser "Kommerz-scheixs" ödet mich zunehmend, extremst an, egal ob Papergreen, Tolinotoll oder... Andreas Kotz. ...

Nachdem ich den Tolino mal 3h zum Lesen hatte - im Vergleich zum PW
Optimales Licht bei Dunkelheit
Lahmes Blättern
Tastatur sehr zäh
leicht aber leider keine Blättertasten, kein Einhandgerät
Ich konnte, mit dem Browser, auf meinen Calibreserver und Bücher ziehen

That's a good idea. The first update will come late May.

It still lacks many features. But the hardware is not bad.

Ich bin von der Reader Software sehr angetan. Zwar kann man Fonts nur durch den bekannten Umweg implementieren, aber die Anzeige und das Gesamtbild sehen dann deutlich besser aus als alle drei möglichen Reader (Adobe, FB und CR3) bei meinem PB.

Grosser Vorteil ist das eine Fontfamilie existiert die Roman, Bold, Italics und Bold-Italics als einzeldateien enthält und nicht den kompletten Satz in einer Datei.

Da streikt das PB total, Bold wird dann einfach nicht angezeigt und kursiv nur in einer Fallback Variante die das Bild recht unansehnlich macht.

Leider habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden wie man *.otf/*.ttf verschmelzen kann.

Was mich aber zunehmend nervt (und daher liegt der Tolino hauptsächlich auf dem Nachtkästchen und das PB hat den Rest des Tages) ist der Touchscreen mit seinen lediglich drei fest definierten Zonen (links-zurück / mitte-Menü / rechts-vor).
Ich weiss das das auch bei den anderen grossen Herstellern nicht anders ist, aber da hat PB definitiv die Nase vorne und zusätzlich noch Blättertasten:
