Ematic EB104B

Ok, love this little ereader "Ematic model EB104B", have owned since mid-December.

A week ago I accessed a menu I'd not noticed before. Here's how I accessed from the main screen: ebook>By File Name>Flash

At that point I got a submenu popup that listed the different files types this ereader can view.

Like a dummy (I know!) I pressed "RTF" I think. Now when I'm on the "By File Name" menu I can't see my files, I get "No File!"

I wonder if anyone knows how to reset or undo the choice I made?

I can still see ebooks by going to other menus, "By Title" and "By Author", and select my ebooks. So everything else is still functioning perfectly.

Calling Ematic Customer Service is my next option. I need to find time between "8am to 1700", which is hard lately due to working in a place I can't have devices on the property.

Since I'm in no hurry I thought of posting my question here, see what progresses.
