Is there a comprehensive list of known bugs in ADE?

But this list isn't comprehensive! At least the no-linkable-images-bug isn't mentioned. So I am going to change the subject.

why not just add your known bugs to the sticky forum. It can only be complete if everyone contributes.

You need air to breathe, but you *want* a comprehensive list. Add the bug to the post mentioned and then it might be added to the wiki or the sticky might be enhanced.

@Toxaris: You are perfectly right (concerning what I need and what I want). But might it not be the case that somewhere else such a list has been compiled? If someone tells me: "No, for sure, I know that nowhere such a list has ever been compiled, we would be the first to do it!" - I would be glad to contribute! But since you and DaleDe don't tell me anything like that, I must find your answers kind of... cheeky?

Currently we have the sticky thread, which is meant to be a reference for all known bugs. If one is found, it is added to that. If the original creator decides to change the post to a comprehensive list so far, it would be nice. The same goes for a wiki list. It is not present at the time.

I've only listed bugs that are completely characterised. It's a list of known bugs, not rumoured ones. There's no point listing bugs that haven't been properly analysed as that just encourages the spread of misinformation (there've been several threads where people moan about a bug in ADE, but it turns out they've just made a mistake in their code).

As Adjust showed in the other thread, it is possible to use hyperlinked images in ADE in certain situations, so it would be wrong to state that it can't be done. After doing some tinkering, though, it seems that there are certain restrictions. Most notably, it seems that ADE only allows one hyperlinked image per displayed page, if a second hyperlinked image is displayed then ADE fails to provide a hit box. The width of the image also seems to play an important role, if the image width is less than 100% then the hit box may only cover a part of the image, or may be shifted right off it.

This is indeed interesting. The double image hyperlinking works without problems in iBooks (iPad).

It works when the xhtml file is opened within a web browser

It just doesn't like ADE (on my macbook pro)

I don't know if other readers are able to access the internets or not.

This does seem like a bug in ADE. I don't see why it shouldn't work?
