Error type
I get an 'error type' message when I plug my reader to my computer. Any ideas?

In order to help diagnose your problem, we need more information.

What OS are you using?
What version of eBook Library if you are using eBook Library?
Are you using Calibre?
Are you plugging in the Reader before or after eBook Library is rn (if using it)?
Is the error message from the OS or from eBook Library or Calibre?

Do you mean that a box pops up that literally contains the text "error type", and nothing else?
