Glo Where the %$#& is my book, Kobo?

I just purchased a ebook from Kobo off of their website using my PC. I then sync my Glo fully expecting the book to arrive, but nothing happens. Try again, zip.

So I go back to the PC and check under My Library and it's not there either. I do a search for the book in question and there is a button there that says View in Library. Naturally I click on it and....it's not in my library.

Anybody have this frustrating issue? Anybody have a solution? I do have the order receipt and I'm not really in the mood to deal with customer service, though I'm thinking it's gonna come to that. C'mon Kobo, get you're &%$ together. When it comes to cash, there's no messing around.

Update: Checked the Kobo site again, and now my purchase happens to be there. Not sure what the glitch was, but it took half an hour to show up and sync.

I'm happy again.
