how setting margins in two pages view

margin left
margin rigt
margin inside
margin outside

2 up is only a viewer only option unless you want to do a awful lot of careful code.

EPUB only has 4 margins: top right bottom left
There is no gutter margin (the viewer inherits right[1]+left[2]

I made a theme 2 pages view but I find it difficult to set the margin inside and margin outside

You are confused Because there is no such MARGINs in HTML or EPUB

Only Right and Left (at issue in your case)

The term for your display mode is: 2-UP

The Viewer optionally, provides all these non-standard, additional modes (or overrides).

Inside Calibres Viewer
Preferences:Text in Paged Mode (tab/bar): Tick Override and set a smaller side margin
Remember: the book is always 1-up The center is from BOTH pages (R + L)
