android dictionaries

I have just lost my great sony prs 650
and I have just bought my samsung 7.7 super amoled screen
using a kind of software filter that permits to reduce the backlight intensity under the standard level, I am experiencing how beautiful is to read on Android, but still I am thinking to buy the new sony model, because not of the gray screen(that is the same of the year before) but for the excellent dictionaries I have never found in other ereader or in the android devices. I mean color dict is interesting, but the offline dictionary not only are not comparable to the sony one, but also with the apparent readers app, to activate color dict there is not the functionality as in kindle for android, that I can just press the word to see immediately the word.

Do you think I should buy the new sony or there is the possibility to see fast look up and decent dictionaries on android?
my core dic are in order of importance dutch-eng eng it eng oxford( using adv thesaurus I partially resolved this problem, but still I have to switch)

And second question, WHY android does not have sony dictionaries inbuilt in applications? I mean I would pay also 40 EU to have 3 -4 fast inbuilt dictionaries, why brands and developers do not think to such an essential function since reading on digital device is usually one of the best ways to improve foreigners linguistics abilities?
