seems to work ok under wine (stock Slackware 13.37) .. Stare and compare with 2 existing epubs/pdfs text only gave similiar results ... No work on more complex pdf (technical stuff with diagrams, tables)

Makes sense. The converter seems to be more for plain text PDF's than other more technical stuff.
