Ein Reparaturtagebuch

Hi,

nachdem mein Ebook letztens heruntergefallen ist will ich die Hoffnung nicht aufgeben. Ich habe mich also zu einer Reparatur entschlossen.

Erste Versuche das Gerät (Bebook V3) zu öffnen und mal reinzuschauen habe ich ganz schnell aufgegeben - nicht das mir da noch was zerbricht. Also: Forum von endless ideas aufgesucht, gesucht - gefunden.

Urghs, mein Niederländisch ist doch etwas eingerostet.

Google sei Dank konnte der Eintrag etwas übersetzt werden: Aha, eine Mail gesendet und das Problem geschildert.

Das war dann Sonntag, 14.2.
Es kam auch gleich eine automatische Mail zurück - innerhalb von 3 Tagen würde sich jemand melden.

So wars dann auch, am Mittwoch kam eine Mail mit einer (uff) englischen Anleitung: Bitte beiliegendes (niederländisches grr) Formular ausfüllen und zusammen mit dem Bebook einsenden. Und vorab mittels Paypal unter Angabe der Reparaturnummer 125 Euronen anschaffen.

Tja, Formular ist ausgefüllt, das gute Stück ist seit Donnerstag auf dem Weg in die Niederlande....und die 125 Euronen bin ich auch los.

Ich halte euch auf dem laufenden.

Na, das ging ja relativ schnell mit der Antwort. Daumen sind gedrückt. Wenn es in dieser Geschwindigkeit weitergeht, besteht Hoffnung, dass die readerlose Zeit für dich bald vorbei ist.

Bin gespannt, ob Endless Ideas eine detaillierte Fehlerbeschreibung beigepackt hat.

Ohhhhh! Licht am Ende des Tunnels! Gut zu hören, dass das Ganze doch recht flott vonstatten gegangen ist. Auf eine Fehlerbeschreibung würde ich aber auch nicht hoffen, das wäre schon eine ziemliche Überraschung.

Habs wieder

So, heute um 12:00 hab ich es zurückbekommen.

Von Endless Ideas war ein Zettel dabei (zum ankreuzen): Screen getauscht und neue Firmware aufgespielt.

Nun ja...

Fazit:
einmal fallenlassen = 125 Euro + Versand + 10 Tage Entzug.

Ich hoffe ich habe jemandem der irgendwann überlegt: neukaufen oder Reparatur hiermit weiterhelfen können.

Viele Grüße aus dem (zumindest hier oben bei mir) verschneiten Hessen
