Another Lost World fantasy from E Charles Vivian, published in UK in 1923, and later re-printed in Famous Fantastic Mysteries in 1949 under the title "The Valley of Silent Men". It has been reprinted (1978) in an omnibus entitled "Aia", with Vivian's "People of the Darkness" (1924). Another ommnibus entitled "Fields of Sleep and People of The Darkness" appeared in 2013.

The text from this edition comes from Roy Glashan's Library, which in turn, I think, came from the Famous Fantastic Mysteries edition.

The cover is from the 1923 UK edition.
