I didn't see a response to your question but didn't read every post so forgive me if this is a duplicate.

The quick answer is no. Amazon has chosen to only support its own DRM and doesn't appear to allow anyone else to use it. These books use Adobe Digital Editions for the DRM. Just about any ereader except a Kindle would work with them.

A friend alerted me to the Borders free ebooks and this site. Successfully downloaded what I wanted for free and now I'm interested in eReading and devices.
