About running Calibre 1.36.0+dfsg-1 on Debian Wheezy

hi,

I was looking around (Web and some forums) for this information but I did not find anything useful.

Debian Wheezy comes with Calibre (0.8.51+dfsg1-0.1).
Debian Jessie (or SID) comes with Calibre (1.36.0+dfsg-1)

I'm running Debian Wheezy.

Anyone there tried to install and run package calibre (1.36.0+dfsg-1) on Debian Wheezy?

Grateful if someone con point me to an appropriate resource to get this kind of information, beeing not able to find it so far.

Thanks
Andreas
