Hello/Bonjour/Nazdar,

Just got a NookColor and
found out BN does not play very well with others:
so nosing-around for threads/tips on side-loading.
In the end, probably just root and get dedicated applications.

Prefer to use my PC to find books (quicker/safer/backup) so download books to it.
Then load onto NC via USB cable ("side-loading" as opposed to "direct-loading" of NC from internet).

Why pay BN when a classic is already on Gutenberg,
unless I want some special version because of its formating or illustrations?

Speaking of Gutenberg, he must be rolling in his grave,
when now we can have a whole building worth of books
on these small wonders!

Also, when I was studying at UC Santa Barbara,
they were just starting on the cartography portion of Project Gutenberg.

Why use Gutenburg when there be books here that are more elegantly formatted .... >> Patricia Clark Memorial Library
