Cross Compile c code for K3 on Win 7 or XP

Hi,

There are some instrucitons for compiling Java on Linux.

Are there instructions on how to cross compile c code for K3 on Windows 7 or XP?

I am using codesourcery for windows. I have it installed in portable codeblocks ide. It works fine, but at the moment I am using arm-linux-gcc installed from debian repository in linux.
