TOC from XPath

When editing an epub, I can generate the TOC from the XPath settings just fine.

I can also save those settings and load them again from one editing session to another.

However, on closing and restarting Calibre, those saved settings are no longer available to me...the 'Load Settings' option button is greyed out.

Am I missing something?

Where are these settings stored on my PC? It's seems unlikely that they would be saved to a temporary file.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Sorry to bump this one up but although the saved 'settings' are actually saving and seem to be selectable when clicking the Load button they do not in fact load...nor can I delete them.

So, firstly, how do I delete the non-loadable ones and once I have saved new ones can we arrange for them to load?

It seems something has broken in some update somewhere.
