Best All-Time Sci-fi Novel?

Just wondering what you think the very best of the best would be. My favorites in correct order are:

1) The City and the Stars by Arthur C Clarke

2) 2001 A Space Odyssey by Arthur C Clarke

3) A Canticle For Leibowitz by Walter Miller

Quite possibly A Canticle for Leibowitz. I do rank Ursula Le Guin's The Dispossessed among the very best.

I don't know that I've read enough Sci-Fi (especially "classic" Sci-Fi) to have an educated opinion on what the best all time is, but below are some I really liked...

Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury
Dune - Frank Herbert
Ender's Game - Orson Scott Card
Stranger in a Strange Land - Robert C. Heinlein

Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury
You know, I have the audio-book for that which Bradbury narrated himself. It's the only audio-book I've ever owned. He's got an odd voice that's kind of like Harry Carry's, and he talks like he has marbles in his mouth, but after a while I found his voice very comforting for some reason.

Dune [original cycle] - Herbert
