Dick Award-nominee sfnal mystery/crime author, is a vintage near-future political techno-thriller, originally paperbacked by Bantam back in 1986, and now free courtesy of publisher ePublishing Works!, who specialize in acquiring and helping long-established print authors bring their backlists to e-format and have been offering us periodic freebies for several years now.
