OEB to ePub Conversion
I've got a some OEB files (from ConvertLit and the Tor Freebies Bonanza) and I'm wondering if there is anyway to convert them to ePub other than Calibre? Calibre seems to make a lot of changes during conversion and I was hoping for more of a simple conversion. Calibre's seems more geared towards people that intend to spend a lot of time tweaking the output.

I would use Sigil. You can just import all the html files from the extracted lit file and it will pull all the referenced files with them (CSS/images). You might have to do a little tweaking with the html file order (they'll be imported alphabetically so they may need to be put in correct order).
