Having troubles when convering InDesign file to ePub. Help!
I have been following all the correct instructions from Adobe's recently published white paper on how to convert an InDesign book to ePub format, but no matter what I try, every time I convert I only get the first document/chapter to show up in Adobe Digital Editions. All sections/chapters show up in ADE's contents on the left side of the screen, but when I click on any chapter other than the first one, there's nothing.

Anyone have any suggestions???
