RNDIS driver installation messed up my wireless - How to roll back?

Every time I plug in a USB device, my net goes down, and if using the "Troubleshoot Problems" option fails to work, I end up having to reboot the computer and then do "Troubleshoot Problems". How can I undo the changes made? I haven't installed any drivers for RNDIS, but upon enabling usbNetwork and plugging it in, the failed install triggered it all. Uninstalling usbNetwork has not worked, no matter what I do, all USB device unplugging triggers a net shutdown.

I don't plan on using System Restore.
