Tea. Murchie's Russian Caravan. But not really getting much done today. Not nearly enough sleep last night, and I'm feeling it.

Took a break between tea #2 and tea #3 to get some shopping done at Costco and fill the tank. I'll be driving my son back to school tomorrow.

Whilst on my trip to pick up my completed tax returns, I happed to pass a local purveyor of spirituous liquors ... and was compelled to halt my trusty vehicle and stock up on some single malt peaty gems ... Laphroaig and Lagavulin .... bring on the next round of 'wintry mix' -- I'm ready!

I can see clearly now the rain is gone.
I can see all obstacles in my way. Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind. It's gonna be a bright (bright) bright (bright) sunshinin' day. It's gonna be a bright (bright) bright (bright) sunshinin' day. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jsw_r0hILQ ) Good morning, everyone! A new Sunday and finally a clear day! They've been seeding the clouds along the Burmese border and I guess there was enough rain to make a difference. I can see all the way across the Old City this morning. 8k or better, and considering yesterday was less than 500m, it's a great start! This doesn't mean the nasty is all finished, but at least we can take a walk today and not clog up our filter masks! I've got a big mug of Taylors of Harrogate's "Yorkshire" tea today, and breakie is going to be western-style with some home-made bread (which really came out well considering it was an experiment from start to finish!) and a nice omelet with Rosemary Ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions! A nice way to start a new week! Stitchawl |

Water Watching basketball, loading Calibre and plug ins on a new Mac Book. LM is sleeping like a log thanks to lots of time outside in the sun. It was a good day and could be a good night if MSU wins like they should.

My 237th cup of tea today... At least, that what it seems like. Probably only 194th... Thank God it's all good tea! Right now it's East India Company's 'Assam' tea. They told me to stay hydrated. I'm staying hydrated.

I'm glad you are safely home again. I do think it is hard to say good bye when they leave.
Waiting for my coffee to brew and planning to stare at the TV tonight, after a very full and long weekend. |

Of all the money that e'er I had
I've spent it in good company And all the harm that e'er I've done Alas it was to none but me And all I've done for want of wit To memory now I can't recall So fill to me the parting glass Good night and joy be with you all ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eisW0...dm_e7Q&index=2 ) I can't get this song out of my head... and am very happy about that fact! Good morning, all. Happy Monday! I guess all the tea and sleep I had yesterday helped my cold to begin to pass. At least I feel as if I'm going to live today! Nice feeling... I've big mug of unbranded Keemun tea to drink, and several large slabs of home-made bread slathered in home-made buttter! (I've been on a home-making kick lately.) A nice way to start the day! Ginger Ale. Another bout of stomach something or other this weekend. Good thing it hit at 3 AM Sunday morning so I could simply chill and relax yesterday. At work but eating bland, boring stuff today. Nursing the tummy.
