broken ebookwise 1150
When I went to plug the ac adapter into the adapter port of my ebookwise, the adapter port fell into the device - so now there is no way to charge the reader - it's just an empty hole. The reader is only 3 1/2 months old...has anyone else had this problem?

UPDATE - Fictionwise replaced the device - they replied fairly promptly to the problem and once addressed, send out a replacement by fedex.

Yes that is good news! Fictionwise to my understanding, has been fairly generous wtih their replacement policy.

That is great to hear. With all the trouble people have with Bookeen support, I figure I'll just go back to my EB1150, which I like anyway, if my Gen3 goes under. Congrats!
