Possibly your Viewer is set to open in "Full Screen" mode and that's causing some confusion.
Select a book and run Viewer. If it opens in Full Screen mode, hit ESC and click on Preferences (the icon with 3 small gears). On the General tab click "Full Screen Options" and UN-click "Start viewer in full screen mode" if it is clicked. Now open a book in Viewer and resize it to the left half of screen. Open another book and resize it to right side of screen. Voilà! |
