Rubberized back. That's all I needed to hear.
Aura HD replacement, here I come! |

Nate, thanks for taking questions. Does the h2o light have a cooler or warmer tone than the HD? Also, can both header and footer be turned off for maximum screen real estate.

I'm interested in the robustness of the port and how easy it is to load epubs in from Dropbox. It's easy peasy in my aura but that has a capactive screen, I just want it make sure the IR screen is as easy to use for this.
Thanks |

Also do you have any sleeve covers it might fit? I really want to get a cover from the moment I buy the H20 but am not sure what to do as it's slightly longer than the existing HD.

I never had issues with the Aura HD doing this (pre 3.80) - just click on a link and download.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing.....it would be easier to justify the purchase to myself. If the screen is truly better, then why not?

Glad I never bought the HD. I couldn't justify getting the H2O if I had the HD.

+1 to these comparisons between the HD/PW2 and H2O please. Not always easy to show in photos what your eyes are seeing but at least some comment on the comparisons would be great.

I don't think we need a review of how responsive the IR touch is. IR has been out long enough and we already know it works well.

Although I'm curious about quite a few things, most of which others have covered, what I'm most curious about is the shiny black bezel around the screen. I had the original Nook and the shiny bezel bothered me the whole time I used it. I'm hoping this won't be the case with the H2O. Is the bezel as shiny as it looks in the photos? Do you notice it while reading?

Do the facts that it weighs slightly less, is slightly thinner, and has a rubberized back, add up to a significantly less cumbersome, more comfortable reading experience?
Thanks. |
