Unhappy My order returned

My order returned for the Arvato Logistics Services
because there was a mistake in my address.

Please, what I have to do to recover the order ?
Do I speak with whom?
Does anybody have any idea?

Any help will be welcome.

Thanks.
Fabricio Luis.

Dear Customer,
You can contact DHL yourself to try to clear customs as soon as possible.
Most likely they are already trying to get in touch with you.

Hi Fabricio!

Your iLiad is stuck at customs due to a faulty address. Its still in customs in brazil. I gave your updated address to the reesponsible contact at iRex support and he will give it to DHL. They will tray again at that address and your device should be delivered soon.

Ehm, yeah, ce3po, you might want to not post your home address for everyone in the whole cyberverse to see, it could lead to unpleasantness.
