ER0100 vs ER0140 ?

Hello all ! I know this issue as been posted in the past but not of the threads addresses the main differences between ER0100 and ER0140 models of iLiad.

Are the software versions or/and hardware as well ? I've seen somewhere that they said the button on the top corner and the back where different. But how about internals ?
