I don't have this problem with the m90 (with the firmware Version 1.5.1 20110818 (there are 3 1.5.1 version). The device crash sometimes but It's better (one a week, just need a reset) since I started using an SDHC card to store my documents (he don't likes SD cards).

There is only one firmware avalible on the offical site for the m91s, support told me to try another version but I cannot find any other versions on the website.

I think the support thought you have a Boox M90. I just emailed my contact at Onyx International if they have a new firmware for the Boox M91S.

My contact just send me the new firmware for the M91S.
He couldn't tell me which bugs are fixed in this update.
So we all need to find out ourselves!

Testing it now. The date at the end of the update file prevents the device from recognizing it, just remove the date so instead of onyx97_booxe_update-08-10-11 its onyx97_booxe_update

Doesn't seem to have fixed the lockup problem, have had one lockup in a short period of time.

It seems less often, but still occurs. I just formatted the flash again, will see if that makes any difference.

Please hurry up and fix the firmware! The device freezes all the time. You should stop selling the device since its still faulty.
