Flucht in die Finsternis ist eine Novelle von Arthur Schnitzler, die, in den Jahren 1912 bis 1917 unter dem Arbeitstitel "Wahn" geschrieben[1], im Mai 1931 in der Vossischen Zeitung in Berlin erschien. Noch im selben Jahr kam die Erzählung bei S. Fischer in Buchform heraus.[2]
