Info on Enhanced Kindle version (video/audio) book

I have created Enhanced Version Kindle book with Audio/Video (mobi). I have followed all the instructions given in Kindle publishing guidelines to embed video in Mobi book. But it is not working either on Kindle for iPad app on iPad or Kindle Previewer 2.71. It is showing an error "Unable to play video".

I have used following HTML code to embed video:

<video id="video_1" src="sumvideo.mp4" controls poster="candle.png">
<br/><br/><br/>"There is video content at this location that is not currently supported for
your Kindle device. The caption for this content is displayed below."<br/><br/><br/>

</div>

Please help me on that.
