La plus souvent, il répondent en 48H. Après, j'ai déjà eut des cas de mails perdus en route.

En attendant, bookeen a toujours réglé les problèmes rapidement. Un des meilleurs SAV que j'ai vu. Avec celui d'amazon.

ça dépend si tu l'éteint, ou le met en veille. Et tu temps que tu passe a lire. ça fait longtemps que j'ai pas utiliser mon gen3. Mais avec la mise en veille, ça doit être a peut prêt une semaine / deux semaine d'autonomie.
Dur a dire, j'ai jamais vraiment mesuré.

Pour information, sony utilise Linux comme OS, tout comme les autres. Mais utiliser un OS libre ne rend pas le materiel ouvert. Et (franchement) méfie toi des gens soit disant ouvert qui ne respectent pas la licence qu'ils utilisent.

Je << pratique >> le libre depuis assez longtemps pour ne plus me faire aucune illusion sur l'esprit qui prévaut pour nombre d'entreprises qui utilisent les logiciels libres.
