Kindle generation 4 no WiFi MAC address available
My firmware is Kindle 4.1.4
B/c I have no wifi mac address I cannot log onto any Wifi networks. Kindle Model # D01100 According to Kindle's website my generation kindle needs software version 4.14 or higher. I tried hard resetting it. Same problem. Any advice on what I should do? Last edited by dasnake; 10-20-2021 at 05:08 PM. |

Download 4.14 software and load it onto your kindle, then restart. Then go into settings and select 'update my kindle'. That should update it so you can connect to WiFi again.
