New Publisher at BeWrite Books

BeWrite Books -- after ten years based in the UK -- officially became a registered Canadian company on Friday Feb 26. New publisher Tony Szmuk takes the reins on March 1.

We'll be open to new submissions when our new website is up and running in March.

Tony's a fascinating character (all the way from Transylvania). You can read about him at the BeWrite Books blog: http://www.bewritebooks.blogspot.com.

Congratulations on the Canadian registration, Neil!

I stopped by your site and read through some of the posting (you are a hoot!). It sounds as though you are going full steam ahead... Canadian registration, new partner, OverDrive's Content Reserve Catalog, Smashwords Premium Catalog, and a new website design in the works.

Remember to take a few minutes to relax here and there.

Neil, I clicked on..

* *BeWrite Bookshop* under Links and came up with the below....

lib/db.mv: Line 1795: MvLOCKFILE: Runtime Error: Error creating lockfile 'Merchant2/00000001/storekey.dbf.lck': Disk quota exceeded

I also went to check out the blog, "Sam Harper" and had to stop.. I got engrossed just checking everything out. It was fun to see some of the trailers by authors that have been on MR. Thanks for listing it.

That's odd, Dreams. http://bewritebooks.blogspot.com seems to be working fine.

Glad you liked Marta Stephens Murder-by-4 blog. It's fun the way she lets the main character in her series of crime novels, Sam Harper, post for himself.

She's quite a writer is Marta. Just wrapping up her third Harper book right now. http://www.martastephens-author.com./

I looked into this, Dreams. It seems some technical hitches are a side effect of major construction underway right now by Tony, Alex and our assigned technician at MIVA. Bear with us. The new super-site with all kinds of new bells and whistles -- and interactive to boot -- will be up and running very soon. Can't tell you how much I appreciate your interest, Dreams, you're starting to become part of the family. Very best. Neil
