Calibre Portable keeps zipped

I've done something silly I guess, but Calibre Portable keeps being zipped. I unzip the program, it functions fine, but when I close the program I need to unzip again the next time.
Calibre does not install itself anywhere. What did I do wrong?

I believe that extracting and executing on the fly places things in a temp folder, when you exit it goes away.

From calibre's download page "To use, just extract the "Calibre Portable" folder from the zip file and run the "calibre-portable.exe" program inside it." You shouldn't have a zipped version of this portable on your USB device, you should just have the extracted folder.

Good Luck.
