Error with Kindle DX on Windows

I'm running calibre 0.6.5 with a Kindle DX, during Calibre's automatic "Get list of books on device" job after connecting the Kindle, it tosses an error...

I am able to reproduce this on two different systems under 32-bit Windows XP Pro, 64-bit Vista Ultimate, and 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate (RTM) on different systems.

It is successful on MacOS X 10.5 as well as Linux (Mandriva 2009.1 64-bit)

It looks like it has something to do with one of the documents on my Kindle. If I moe the contents of the /documents folder to another location, the job finishes without error on Windows.
