Troubleshooting Kindle Paperwhite last gen wordwise issue

Hi,

I have a last gen paperwhite and have been using it for about over a month, Before that, I used a kindle touch 2016 product. And lastly, I have a kindle fire had 10 2021 model.

the problem is, my kindle paperwhite does not download wordwise and x-ray files of the books that I bought from. The books are downloaded normally, their covers are looking good and etc. But when it comes to features like x-ray or wordwise it just does not seem to download them lately.

This problem did not happen when I first got the paperwhite over a month ago. All my books that I had purchased showed up with full features on my paperwhite. but over the last week I bought a few books, all of them have wordwise and x-ray, etc., but my paperwhite just will not show or download wordwise or xxray features for the newly bought books. I experimented by downloading a few books samples that support wordwise and they also do not seem to download wordwise.

Before you ask, I did not test these newly bought books with my good-old kindle touch or kindlfe fire, but they worked fine all the time and never had a problem like this.

What do you guys think causes this problem?

Amazon server glitching. X-ray downloading has been spotty for years.

Yeah, I would understand x-ray but why wordwise tough? Also this only started maybe a week ago, no matter which book it never shows wordwise. Did anybody else experience similar issues in the past?
