Bücher: Ersten drei Romane der "Der Dunkle Turm" Reihe von Stephen King
Händler: bol.de

Zum Buch: Nichts, da ich sie bis heute nicht erhalten (obwohl längst bezahlt) habe.

Zum Händler: Grundsätzlich bei komplexeren Beschwerden an bol.de: Ein zweites Mal schicken, sonst wird man ganz gerne mal ignoriert (schon zweimal geschafft...)
Zum Problem: Bücher gekauft, über Paypal gezahlt und am nächsten Tag heruntergeladen, zumindest versucht, denn es waren keine Links da. Also eine Beschwerde geschrieben mit der Antwort: "Sie finden die Downloadlinks im Ebook-Downloadbereich" Hab dann zwei Screenshots (FF und IE) aus dem eBook-Downloadbereich geschickt, mit der Bitte die Links zu suchen, da ich sie nicht finde. Daraufhin die Antwort, man kümmere sich darum, seit Dienstag nichts mehr davon gehört, gerade eben die Stornierung abgeschickt.

So bol.de hat die Bestellung storniert, jedenfalls steht im Fenster jetzt "Gelöscht", habe telefonisch (ich traue ihren E-Mails nicht mehr) gefragt, warum ich kein Geld gekriegt habe (war sofort mit paypal bezahlt) und es hieße, das dauere noch bis Ende der Woche. Damit ist bol in meiner Erfahrung der erste, der es schafft eine paypal Zahlung zu verzögen...

Seit heute ist das Geld bei paypal.de eingetroffen, laut bol-Mitarbeiter kann ich sogar den 5€ Gutschein noch verwenden, der Teil der Bestellung war, mal schauen, ob ich mich da nochmal ran wage

Habe zwar noch immer keine Antwort bzgl. des Updates, habe mir aber das Buch anlässlich des Kaufs von Band 5 der Turm-Reihe spaßeshalber noch mal in meine ADE geladen - und siehe da: der neuerliche Download war wesentlich kleiner, beinhaltet aber dafür jetzt die bislang fehlenden grafischen Elemente (Briefragmente als Bild). Jetzt geben die Textpassagen, in denen die vorher gefehlt haben auch einen Sinn. ;-)

Ergo - da scheint es ein Update gegeben zu haben. Aber den Einband haben sie immer noch nicht dabei, genauso wie bei Wolfsmond. :-(
