Add another person to my kindle app?
I have an Nexus 7 with the Kindle App which works really well. I have now got lots of Kindle books that way without having a kindle.
However my husband is thinking of buying a Kindle. I was wondering if it possible for me to add his kindle to my kindle app account? That way he can read some of my books Also if it is possible would he end up having to have my romances etc as well as his war stories etc? |

Yes. Register both your Kindles to the same Amazon account and you'll be able to share all your books freely between the devices. Nobody "has to have" anything. You'll see all the books in the Archive, but just download what you actually want to the device or app.

Even though mine is the kindle App and his will be a kindle itself? So he will log in as me? But the ebooks I download won't auto download to his kindle too? Trying to decide if its better for him to set up a separate account. But I have quite a few books he might want to read. |

Yes, simply register the Kindle to the same Amazon account that you're using for your Kindle App.
Nothing ever "auto-downloads" to a Kindle. It will only be sent there if you send it. |

Not if you want to share books, no. Registering all your family's Kindles to the same Amazon account has numerous benefits. If you register to different accounts, you won't be able to share any content.
