Can @page go away?

I convert to ePub with 0 moargins and yet all the HTML/XML files end up with

Code:

@page { margin-bottom: 0.000000pt; margin-top: 5.000000pt; }

How can I prevent Calibre from generated that @page? I use the command like to convert.

that's how the margins are specified, why would you want it to go away?

Because I don't want a top margin forced on me. I specify --top-margin=0 and that's what I want. I don't want a 5pt top margin that I didn't specify.
