Hey Greg,

You can apply the most recent update to your Vox and it will re-install everything back to factory defaults.

Hello.How do I it? My kobo vox can only be run by the factory reset (button + and turn on).
Automatic Update not working.I trying everything.
I think that I need to install the missing applications back.

Hi Peter. I copied the latest updates on Memory Card (external sd) .The file must be no unzipped.Then the volume button up and turn on, and immediately began kobo vox updates. Everything works.
