Mir würde die Lesequalität und die Geschwindigkeit des neuen DX genügen. Animationen brauche ich nicht. Meine Frage bezieht sich vor allem auf dieses DX-Display.

Geht mir genauso.
Deswegen wird zuerst das DXG gekauft, nicht nur wegen des besseren Displays, sondern wegen der Größe.

Wenn das Pocketbook in nicht so entferner Zukunft es schafft, ein Gerät auf dem Markt zu bringen, das hardwaremäßig nicht schlechter ist, wird dann das DXG auf dem eBay versteigert.

Dass das Pocketbook dem Kindle softwaremäßig überlegen ist, hat keiner Zweifel. Die Qualität der Hardware spielt allerdings immer noch keine kleinere Rolle.

Pearl Displays sind vorerst exklusiv von Kindle abgekauft, sobald die neue Bildschirme verfügbar werden, werde wir die natürlich einbauen.

Alle neuen Modelle werden bei der IFA gelauncht. Mehr können (und dürfen) wir im Moment noch nicht sagen. Sieht aber alles sehr gut aus.
